The client collects modern furniture and wanted rooms that would not compete with it. We kept the shell of the old workshop and made the new parts quiet: white lacquer, grey steel and a polished concrete floor that runs through every room.
Colour arrives only in the objects. The kitchen island is one block of steel. The stools and vases change with the seasons.
A glass wall separates the bedroom from the main space and keeps the full depth of the loft in view.
